April was a pretty good start to the 2024 surf season with a early swell with sets up to 8ft some days dropping down a little producing some of the best waves for quite a few months. Lualemba Bungalow Resort guests were stoked and as the waves dropped down to small to surf they went island exploring. Then before they knew it the swell was back up to around 6ft and everyone was enjoying the fun. Enjoy April newsletter.

There are many places to discover close to Nemberala.
April opens a lot of opportunities to surfers with light wind conditions.
The start of the 2024 surf season brought on the stoke with an early swell that had some size for a couple of days. Then as it dropped over a week or so the wave condition just got better. The middle of April there were smaller waves around but still fun to surf. Boa was fun as guests were mixing up the breaks and living the stoke.
When the surf is too small guests have so many options to discover Rote island.
Weather it is a boat trip, a walk through a local rocky landscape or a road trip by motorcycle or car Lualemba Bungalow Resort have plenty of suggestions for guests to still have fun.
