Winds had picked up quite a few knots today making it difficult on the 2-3ft waves today at Tland. Best time to surf was during the low tide when the reef was fully exposed creating calmer surf conditions.

A surprising rise in swell today at Tland with 5-6ft sets, double overhead but eased down a little in the afternoon to head and half high. Winds had eased off from the south east making conditions pretty good.

Slight increase in swell today with waves at Tland around 2-3ft, shoulder high. Winds were quite steady again today so a heavier or longer board would of went better today.

Swell dropped away a little today to waist high at Tland. Tides are neap with very little difference. Winds were pretty steady all day which didn’t help.

Still quite small at Tland maybe 2ft on the sets, waist to chest high. The wind increased later in the day but dropped late afternoon. This picture is a few kilometres away from Tland has a short window with the tide just happened to be there.

No accurate surf report as was in Kupang for 3 days. I was told rose to 4-5ft on Wednesday and quickly dropped away on Thursday.

Good fun size with the swell at Tland today around 4-5ft, head to head and a half high. Great swell direction with waves running the full distance at Tland and winds pretty steady still from the south east. Afternoon had the best quality waves.

Rise in swell today at Tland around 4-5ft, head and half high with all parts of Tland breaking quite nicely. Winds are still quite strong and have been like this for over 48 hours now. Lots of fun in the mornings and afternoons when the reef exposed.

Still waves around 3-4ft today at Tland but the winds never stopped all night and throughout the day being quite strong. Tides are getting bigger with the new moon and best times to surf are morning and afternoon.
